Customer Service
Shopping at Full Bloom is very simple and very secure. Browse through our store and find the items you can't live without. Select colors, sizes and any customizations from the product page. Click the "add to cart" button and the item is automatically placed in your shopping basket. Some items may have additional shipping charges due to their size and weight or special handling requirements. These additional costs are to ensure that the items are packaged appropriately and arrive in perfect condition to your home. Any additional charges will be noted for each item on the product page. Once you have everything in your shipping cart proceed to checkout. You can choose to sign in as a registered member or continue shopping as a guest. When you have made your sign in choice, you will complete a series of forms with billing, shipping and payment information. Fill them out and complete your order! A confirmation page will show a summery of your transaction. Please note that your credit card will be charged at the time of checkout for all items in your shopping cart. If you receive notice that and item is on backorder, your can opt to cancel the order and your card will be refunded.

Phone Orders
Placing an order through our shopping cart is as secure as ordering by phone, but we do realize that sometimes you may have questions and want to speak to a real person. Please call our customer service number at (714) 600-8971 Monday through Friday between the hours of 10 am - 4 pm PST. If no one is available to assist you or it is after hours, please leave a detailed message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Delivery
We will try our best to get your items to you as quickly as possible. All items in stock will be shipped within 3 business days. All other items including special order items, only an approximate delivery time can be quoted. Because a lot of our items are special order, by fabric choices and painted finishes we can only approximate a time for you. For large furniture items Full Bloom Cottage does not accept responsibility for any damaged or undeliverable items. Once a piece leaves our warehouse the delivery and communication will be directly with the freight carrier and the receiver. We are not affiliated with any direct carrier, any freight charges will be paid directly to the carrier before or upon delivery, unless specified.

We can help obtain a quote for you, or refer you to delivery services we have worked with in the past.

International delivery services are also available at a very competitive rate. Please inquire if you would like information regarding delivery to your country.

Warranties
No warranties are available as all items are one of a kind, or special made to order.

Cancellation of a Custom Order
All linen orders are considered custom orders and are non-refundable. Once an order is placed there is a 24 hour grace period when an item can be cancelled at no additional charge. All antiques and furniture orders are a final sale. Any returned antique or one of a kind items are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Payment Options
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Paypal, Personal checks, and of course Full Bloom Gift Certificates.

Layaway
We offer 30-60-90 day layaway.
30 day layaway -NO Fee
60 day layaway 10% fee
90 day layaway 15% fee

All layaways are a final sale. No cancellations allowed. All layaway deposits will be forfeited.

Sales Tax
We charge 8% sales tax to all orders shipped to California.

Return Policy
No returns. All sales are final.

Damaged Items
Most items that are smaller or one of a kind are fully insured, and you will refunded by the shipper for all damaged items. Larger custom order pieces are handled to the utmost care by our shippers, however sometimes damage can happed during transit. If an item arrives damaged, the freight carrier has the right to have the piece repaired. If the item is not repaired, the freight carrier has the right to reimburse you for your purchase or have another piece rushed to you. Full Bloom Cottage is not responsible for any damages that may have occurred during transit.
